Are you a terrorist, sir?

Just finished filling in my visa forms for the ‘big interview’ on Tuesday. This is how America decided who they let in their country:

1. Do you have a communicable disease of public health significance such as TB?

2. Do you have a mental or physical disorder that poses or is likely to pose a threat to the safety or welfare of yourself or others?

3. Are you, or have you ever been a drug abuser or addict?

4. Have you ever been arrested or convicted of any offense or crime, eve though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?

5. Have you ever violated, or engaged in a conspiracy to violate, any law relating to controlled substances?

6. Are you coming to the United States of America to engage in prostitution or unlawful commercialized vice or have been engaged in prostitution or procuring prostitutes within the past 10 years?

7. Are you carrying pornographic or explicit material which is in violation of, or which depicts actions that are in violation of laws of the United States of America?

8. Have you ever been in involved in, or do you seek to engage in, money laundering?

9. Do you seek to engage in espionage, sabotage, export control violations, or any other illegal activity while in the United States of America?

10. Do you seek to engage in terrorist activities?

11. While previously in the United States of America have you engaged in terrorist activities?

12. Have you ever, or do you ever intend to provide financial assistance or backing, or other support to terrorists, or terrorist organisations, or organisations with are currently in argument with the United States of America?

13. Are you a member, associate, representative or affiliate of any terrorist organisations, or organisations with are currently in argument with the United States of America?

14. Have you ever ordered, incited, participated, assisted, committed, or otherwise been involved in the planning or action of genocide?

15. Have you ever ordered, incited, participated, assisted, committed, or otherwise been involved in the planning or action of torture?

16. Have you ever ordered, incited, participated, assisted, committed, or otherwise been involved in the planning or action of extra judicial killing, political killing, or other unlawful killings, or other acts of violence?

17. Have you, while serving as a government official, been responsible for, or directly carried out, at any time, particularly severe violations of religious freedom?

18. Have you, while serving as a government official, been responsible for, or directly carried out, at any time, particularly severe violations of personal freedom based on sexual orientation?

19. Have you ever been deported from the United States of America or any of its international allies?

20. Have you ever obtained, sort to obtain, or sought to obtain for others, a visa or other entry to the United States of America?

21. Have you sought to enter the United States of America by fraud or wilful misrepresentation or yourself or others, or by other unlawful means?

22. Have you failed to attend a removal or in-admission hearing in the United States of America or any of its international allies in the last 5 years?

23. Have you overstayed a previous lawful visa, or otherwise endeavoured to remain in the United States of America longer than legally entitled?

24. Have you ever voted in the United States of America in violation of any law or regulation?

25. Have you ever fled the United States of America or any of its international allies, or sought to renounce citizenship of United States of America or any of its international allies, in order to avoid taxation?

26. Have you attended a public elementary school after November 1996 without reimbursing the school?

27. Do you have any moral or political argument with the President or Government of the United States of America?

28. Have you ever committed crimes of Moral Turpitude?

29. Do you plan, or plan to assist others, in carrying out any of the above actions during or after you stay in the United States of America?
